Our client is expanding their Weddings Team and are seeking an experienced professional in the events and hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused individual with a strong sales background to join our passionate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales and event process, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Work closely with wedding couples, event organisers, and internal operational managers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain high standards within the Sales & Events department, ensuring exceptional customer service at all stages.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
- Contribute to sales efforts by converting enquiries into bookings and maximising revenue opportunities.
- Assist with on-the-day coordination of weddings and events as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in events, hospitality, or a similar sales-driven role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach.
- Excellent computer proficiency; knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and midweek shifts.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
