We are currently recruitment for an experienced Technical Services Lead for our client, based in Kinsale, Co. Cork. 

Location: Kinsale, Cork

Salary: €70-75k plus benefits 

Sector: Pharmaceuticals 

Ket Responsibilities:

As Technical Services Lead, you will:

  • Take ownership of site-wide technical performance, ensuring world-class standards

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a skilled technical team

  • Manage critical systems including BMS, Maximo, GMARS (or similar)

  • Ensure GMP compliance and champion HSE excellence

  • Drive efficiency with KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement

  • Deliver key projects and build trusted client relationships

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience managing technical services in a regulated (GMP) environment

  • 2+ years’ leadership experience in managing technical teams

  • Background in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferred)

  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach
