Store Manager €60k
We are recruiting experienced and dedicated Store Manager for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and inspire a team, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal Manager will come from a retail, hospitality, butchery or culinary background, be very customer focused and have the passion to lead the team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Monitor financial performance and prepare reports
Recruit, train, and develop team to maintain high standards of performance
Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Financial acumen and experience in management
Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach
