Spa Therapist

Salary: €15 per hour + Commission

Location: Kildare

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas.
• Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are prepared and stocked before each session.
• Promote and sell spa products and services to enhance guest experience.
• Uphold a high standard of personal grooming and presentation.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in line with local regulations and hotel policies.
• Work collaboratively with the spa and hotel team to support overall guest satisfaction.

Candidate:

• Recognized certification or diploma in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in a variety of treatments such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone massage, facials, and body wraps.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong understanding of sanitation and health and safety standards.
