The ideal candidate will be a skilled and passionate individual, while providing a range of therapeutic and beauty treatments to customers while delivering high customer service and maintaining a calm and professional environment. 

Job Description

• Deliver an extensive selection of Facial and Body treatments ensuring quality service and standards while delivering a guest spa experience that is unique and memorable.
• Comply with all health & safety requirements.
• Maintain a sound knowledge of all treatments, packages and any promotions.
• Ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guest’s needs and desires.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are performed as per SPA standards.
• Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene.
• Stay up to date with new treatments, techniques and industry trends.
• Ability to upsell products and treatments to customers where possible.
