Spa Therapist

Midlands, Full Time

I am delighted to be recruiting a Spa Therapist for our client in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of spa and beauty treatments to a professional standard
Ensure all health, safety and hygiene procedures in the Spa are carried out at all times
Have a genuine interest and keeping up to date with new trends, products or treatments in the spa and beauty industry
Actively seek client feedback and suggest improvements in spa services and treatments.
Support the spa team and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Spa including creating a welcoming and relaxing environment

Key Skills & Requirements

Internationally recognized beauty qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent)
Minimum 2-years’ experience as a Spa or Beauty therapist
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
Excellent attention to detail
Fluent in English is essential.
Hands-on experience in face and body therapies

Desirable Qualifications

Elemis & Image Skincare training and /or experience using these products is desirable but not essential as training will be provided

Personal Attributes

Be able to demonstrate strong product knowledge and actively contribute to retail recommendations.
Show a real passion for the spa and beauty industry, deliver a high standard of treatment and customer service in line with company standards expected.
Be flexible and available to work according to business needs including weekends, evenings and weekdays
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
