Sous Chef North County Dublin €40k (4 day week) 

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food preparation and  food production is carried out to the highest standard.  The role will involve assisting the Head Chef  in leading and managing the team ensuring the delivery of the highest standards at all times. This position may suit a chef looking to take the next step in their career that is very hands on within the kitchen. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full adherence to Hygiene and Safety 
  • Support the kitchen operations for the property
  • Support the Head Chef in their duties
  • Lead by example in excellent food production.
  • Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed guest’s expectations with every dish.
  • Can work well on there own.
  • Excellent knowledge of bar food.
