We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef, this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to grow their career. The property is a well-known hotel and the right candidate must be a well-rounded chef that works well within a team and off their own initiative.

Key Roles and Reponsabilities: 

  • Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

  • Lead kitchen teams during service ensuring quality and consistency

  • Assist with menu planning, prep organisation, and service execution

  • Supervise junior chefs and support their development

  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and food cost control

  • Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Experience in high-volume kitchen environments

  • Knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain standards
