We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef, this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to grow their career. The property is a well-known hotel and the right candidate must be a well-rounded chef that works well within a team and off their own initiative.
Key Roles and Reponsabilities:

Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

Lead kitchen teams during service ensuring quality and consistency

Assist with menu planning, prep organisation, and service execution

Supervise junior chefs and support their development

Monitor stock levels, ordering, and food cost control

Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in high-volume kitchen environments

Knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations

Ability to work under pressure and maintain standards
