We are currently recruiting for a fine dining Sous Chef, we are looking for a passionate chef, that can direct the team, has excellent plating skills, is dynamic and has a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine.
This would suit a Chef with 2-years’ experience in a similar high-end working environment looking to develop their skill set in a new kitchen environment, have a friendly approach and enjoy working as part of a team
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and a detailed knowledge of Food Hygiene, HACCP standards. If you are a highly motivated chef with the passion and imagination for developing menus which exceed Guest’s expectations, then this is the role for you.
