Senior Bartender/ Mixologist

Full job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Senior Bartender to join our team in this Luxury 4* Hotel in Co Kildare.

If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role then we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• To assist in the supervision, training and development of bar personnel
• Train and motivate all members of the bar team
• To ensure that all bar areas meet the highest standard of cleanliness
• Recommending dishes and drinks with full knowledge of product and daily specials
• Communicating with customers to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Adhering to checklists provided, keeping the bars clean and orderly at all times
• Up selling products to enhance sales and customers experience
• Following training plans set out by HOD’s
• Building rapport with the customers, getting to know locals and chatting in a friendly professional manner to guests
