We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Manager for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, sales focus manager to take the next step in their career. The ideal manager  will have experience in the Irish hotel market at a senior level. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, and manage relationships with corporate clients. This will be a very pro-active position and will need to travel. 

Responsibilities: 

• Building, managing and maintaining relationships with local companies.
• Negotiating rate agreements. 
• Seeking out and attracting corporate group business and leisure. 
• Building and managing relationships with DMCs 
• Building and managing relationships with key Tour Operators.
• Creating sales strategy for meeting & events in the property
• Website performance, packages and promotions.
• Developing a manage the database 
• Developing an OTA strategy with Revenue Manager.
• Developing a marketing strategy to drive sales in all property. 
• Transport required
