We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Manager for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, sales focus manager to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Irish hotel market at a senior level. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, and  manage relationships with corporate clients. 

Responsibilities: 

• Building, managing and maintaining relationships with local companies.
• Negotiating rate agreements on a local level only
• Seeking out and attracting corporate group business
• Building and managing relationships with DMCs 
• Building and managing relationships with key Tour Operators.
• Creating sales strategy for meeting & events in the property
• Website performance, packages and promotions.
• Developing a manage the database 
• Developing an OTA strategy with Revenue Manager.
• Developing a marketing strategy to drive sales in all property.
