Salary: €55,000 approx.

Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercial strategy of a busy 4-star hotel in Co. Wicklow. The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee sales, marketing, revenue, and brand positioning to drive business growth across all market segments. This is a key leadership position within the hotel management team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual sales, marketing, and revenue strategies aligned to business goals.

• Lead and motivate the sales, events, reservations, and revenue teams to achieve targets.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, wedding, and MICE markets.

• Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales trips, networking events, and client visits.

• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Manage relationships with external partners, including PR, digital agencies, and travel networks.

• Produce regular reports on sales, revenue, and marketing performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales & marketing role within hospitality.

• Strong commercial awareness with experience in revenue management.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Flexibility to travel for client meetings or events.

• Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g. Hotsoft) an advantage.
