Rooms Division Manager  €50k plus 

We are currently recruiting for a Rooms Division Manager for our client. In this position you will be responsible for all aspects of rooms’ Accommodation and Front Office and the night team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in 4*/5* property within front office and rooms.

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing the Front Office and Accommodation department to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service is provided in line with guest expectations.
  • Supervising check-in and check-out processes ensuring maximum efficiency and guest experience remains priority.
  • Maintain strong communication lines with other departments across the Hotel.
  • Develop and continuously review standard operating procedures, staying up to date on relevant industry trends.
  • Review guest feedback and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken.
  • Respond to and handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the Front Office department and interact with Guests on a regular basis.

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Strong working knowledge of hotel property management systems
  • Strong team leadership, development and training skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills, planning methods and a passion for achieving success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and outstanding guest service skills.
  • Flexible to work early, late and weekends in line with operational needs.
