Restaurant & Bar Manager €50k plus
We are currently recruiting for Restaurant & Bar Manager for our client, they are seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of directing the team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch with an excellent knowledge. The Manager will be responsible for the overseeing of all the food & beverage within the property. The successful candidate will have experience in driving sales and a manager that will operate the property to its full potential.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience Restaurant & Bar operation.
- The ability to manage and develop the team
- Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage
- To oversee the day to day running of the property
- Knowledge of Standards of Service
- Previous experience with KPI’s, budgets, stock control, and forecasting
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance
- To work alongside other HOD to ensure maintains its standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Training and rostering of staff
- Up to date with current trends and passionate for customer service.
