We’re working with a leading corporate catering provider to find a skilled Restaurant Supervisor for a flagship client site in Cork. Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day supervision of restaurant service across breakfast, lunch, and events

Lead by example to maintain high standards of food quality and customer care

Supervise front-of-house staff and assist with training and development

Ensure smooth service delivery, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards

Manage daily operational tasks including stock, set-up, and team coordination

Work closely with chefs and senior management to deliver on service goals

Contribute to sustainability and waste reduction efforts
The Ideal Candidate:

2+ years’ experience in a foodservice or hospitality supervisory role
-
A natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused
-
Well-organised with great attention to detail

Experience in corporate catering or contract catering is a plus

HACCP knowledge and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
