Restaurant Manager Fine Dining
We are currently recruiting for Restaurant Manager for our client, they are seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of directing the team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overseeing all aspects of the operation. The successful manager will be driven, passionate and take a hands on approach with the team and have an excellent knowledge of food & wine.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in fine dining restaurant
- Will have experience as Restaurant Manager
- Sound knowledge and passion for food & wine
- To oversee the day to day running of the restaurant and team
- Knowledge of Standards of Service
- Previous experience with KPI’s, budgets, stock control.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance and up-selling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Training and rostering of staff
