Role: Reservations Manager
Salary: €38 – 40K
We are delighted to be recruiting a Reservations Manager for our client, a luxury property in The Midlands.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for ensuring all customers experience a satisfying visit and receive the highest standard of goods and services while maintaining and creating customer friendly relationships
- Work in partnership with our Sales Manager to achieve budgeted targets
- Manage our Reservations Office & Reception Team
- Create, develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies
- Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional
- Ensure hotel personnel is fully competent in the use of all systems
- Effectively manage all distribution channels via site minder
- Develop and maintain a close relationship with the market manager of Third-Party Intermediaries to maximise the opportunities with these channels
- Management and loading of rates, profiles and availability in the PMS, GDS,
- Update weekly forecast of expected results and compare variances and budget comparisons on Alkimii
