People and Culture Manager

Kilkenny, Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a People and Culture Manager for our client, a beautiful 4* property in Kilkenny.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all recruitment and selection. 
  • Implement and manage policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law in all areas.
  • Work with HODs on putting in place development opportunities 
  • Oversee the payroll budget and processing.
  • Support managers on employee relations and performance management cases.
  • Maintain employee compliance standards.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe workplace.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • HR Qualification 
  • Previous 2-3 years HR Management / HR Business Partner experience is essential.
  • Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of Employment Legislation
