Your Responsibilities

Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods

Support pastry production for restaurant service, private dining, and events

Maintain consistency in presentation, portioning, and flavour

Assist with menu development and seasonal dessert creation

Manage stock control, ordering, and ingredient rotation

Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
Requirements

Previous experience as a Pastry Chef within a hotel or fine-dining kitchen

Strong technical pastry and baking skills

Excellent attention to detail and presentation
