Operations Manager – Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager for our client, a global leader in  food and support services, to oversee business across the Munster region.

This role will suit a dynamic leader who can inspire teams, manage client relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional services across multiple sites.

Location: Munster

Salary: €70-75k plus benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop operational teams across the Munster region to achieve excellence in service delivery.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring contract compliance.

• Drive operational performance, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs, budgets, and service standards.

• Champion innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

• Ensure all sites operate in line with group policies, including health & safety, sustainability, and food safety standards.

• Deliver financial performance targets and manage resources effectively.

• Support new business mobilisations and retention of existing contracts.

The Ideal Operations Manager:

• Proven experience in a multi-site management role, ideally within catering, hospitality, or facilities management.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach.

• Commercially astute with a track record of delivering financial and operational targets.

• Flexible and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Full driving licence and ability to travel regularly within the Munster region.
