Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the hotel during the night, including front desk, security, housekeeping coordination, and guest services.
• Act as the main point of contact for late-arriving or departing guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries.
• Monitor and resolve any guest complaints or incidents in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property during the night shift.
• Oversee the night audit process and ensure all end-of-day reports and financial reconciliations are completed accurately.
• Liaise with department heads to ensure smooth handover of operations and follow up on issues from earlier shifts.
• Conduct regular hotel inspections to ensure cleanliness, operational standards, and maintenance needs are met.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence in guest-facing areas.
• Handle emergency situations, including health, fire, or security incidents, in accordance with hotel protocols.
• Support training and mentoring of night team staff to uphold service excellence.

Candidate:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel front office or night operations, preferably in a 4-star or equivalent property.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of front office systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and night audit procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions independently.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a guest-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
