Night Catering Manager – Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Catering Manager for our client, a leading food services provider based in Galway.

Location: Galway City

Salary: €45k

Hours: 11pm – 7.30am, Monday to Friday 

This role oversees night-time catering and service operations across a large, fast-paced site, ensuring smooth service, great food quality, and first-class guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the night catering team to consistently exceed expectations

  • Liaise effectively between teams and senior management

  • Oversee kitchen and service operations, maintaining high standards of food and hygiene

  • Manage inventories, budgets, and till operations

  • Support and train team members, ensuring compliance and excellence at every step

  • Complete and assist with administrative and operational paperwork as required

  • Represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring a positive image at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years experience in a catering or hospitality management role, ideally in a contract catering or large-site environment

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team

  • Is ambitious, organised, and driven to develop within a global company
