About
A well-established hotel with extensive leisure, fitness, and wellness facilities is seeking an experienced Leisure Centre Manager to lead its leisure operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences while ensuring the efficient management of facilities, teams, and operational standards.
Your Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operation of leisure facilities including gym, pool, and wellness areas

Lead, train, and develop leisure and fitness teams to maintain high service standards

Drive membership growth, retention, and guest engagement initiatives

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures

Monitor departmental budgets, costs, and operational KPIs

Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure facilities remain at peak condition
Requirements

Previous experience managing leisure, fitness, or wellness operations

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Knowledge of health and safety regulations within leisure environments

Experience managing teams, budgets, and operational performance

Flexibility to work weekends and peak operational periods
