We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, sales focus person to take the next step in their career. The ideal manager will have experience in hotels. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, and manage relationships for their Corporate and MICE business. This will be a very pro-active position. Transport required.
Responsibilities:
- Building, managing and maintaining relationships with local companies.
- Negotiating rate agreements.
- Seeking out and attracting new business and leisure.
- Creating sales strategy for meeting & events in the property
- Website performance, packages and promotions.
- Developing a manage the database
- Developing a marketing strategy to drive sales in all areas of the property.
