Role Requirements:

• Oversee the reservation process, providing high-quality customer service and ensuring efficient booking to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring all bookings and service arrangements are accurately processed.
• Deliver top-tier guest support by responding to inquiries about room availability, pricing, and amenities, while effectively resolving concerns or complaints.
• Promote hotel offerings and special packages to guests, contributing to a more enjoyable stay and encouraging guest loyalty.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all bookings, cancellations, and modifications to ensure smooth reservation operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to communicate guest preferences and special requests, ensuring a seamless and personalized stay experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• 1-2 years plus experience in a busy hotel reservations team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and handling inquiries effectively.
• A friendly and professional demeanour is crucial for providing top-notch customer service, especially during busy periods or when dealing with difficult situations.
