Hotel Front Office Manager

Our client is a stunning, high-occupancy property known for its flawless service, contemporary sophistication, and warm Irish hospitality. As Front Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the guest experience, leading a dedicated team to deliver world-class service from arrival to departure.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.

Act as the face of the hotel, anticipating guest needs, resolving challenges with grace, and ensuring a seamless, VIP experience for every visitor.

Work closely with the Reservations and Revenue teams to optimize room occupancy, manage overbookings, and drive upselling initiatives.

Maintain strict control over departmental budgets, staffing schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure peak efficiency.
What We Are Looking For

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant FOM within a busy, 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.

A polished, charismatic professional with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Familiarity with reservation systems (PMS systems like Opera, Guestline, Hotsoft or similar) combined sharp problem-solving skills.

A leader who stays calm under pressure, motivates their team during peak check-in hours, and always aims for perfection.
