Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring seamless communication across all departments.

Guest Experience: Act as a visible and welcoming presence in the lobby, handling guest feedback with warmth and professionalism.

Team Support: Support and guide departmental teams during peak service times to maintain exceptionally high service standards.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff, acting as the designated person in charge during your shift.
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous supervisory or management experience within a hotel environment.

A naturally warm, engaging, and professional communication style.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
