Hotel Bar Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Hotel Bar Manager for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
- People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
- Support the General Manager in the strategic running of the hotel.
- Set targets for the Bar teams in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
- Support/Oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
- Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years experience ina similar role
- Experience with large functions and events
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
- High standards and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service
