Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations, staffing, and service standards.

Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management.

Train and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Collaborate with F&B management on menu development and promotions.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bar management role.
