About the Company

Our Client is a well established hotel providing exceptional guest experiences through refined hospitality, elevated dining, and impeccable service. 

We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Health and Fitness Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership and achieving goals.

Your responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest service

• Oversee daily operations of the gym, pool and wellness facilities
• Driving membership sales

• Develop and maintain exceptional standards

• Support the Spa team
• Be creative with ideas to support revenue generation

• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Control costs and maintain target margins

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

• Create staff schedules and manage labour costs

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance standards

• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

• Collaborate with the management leadership on promotions and events

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience 

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Experience with developing programms to grow memebership

• Excellent communication and guest service skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a leisure centre

• Knowledge of health and safety standards in leisure environmnets

• Flexible working hours
