Head Chef – Daytime €55k

We have an excellent opportunity for a Head Chef for a daytime operation in Maynooth, Kildare.
In this position you will manage the team and ensure food production and is carried out to the highest standards. This is a busy operation and you will need to be very hands-on and customer focused.
Location: Maynooth, Kildare
Salary: €50-55k
Hours: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full adherence to Hygiene and Safety in accordance with the Health and Safety policy.
- Lead by example in excellent food production
- Assist in the training of existing and new staff in accordance to standards
- To pass on all knowledge that will help the property in its day-to-day running
- Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed guest’s expectations with every dish.
- Collaborate with the senior team in the compilation of creative and innovative menus
The Ideal Head Chef:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar senior culinary leadership role.

Background in high-volume, premium corporate or hospitality environments.

Creative, passionate, and up-to-date with food trends and nutrition.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage budgets, compliance, and service standards effectively.
