Head Bartender (2026 Start)

The Role – We’re looking for a confident and capable Head Bartender to join our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys delivering great service with a personal touch. This position will start from February 2026 – High end Formal Background a must.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with speed and consistency

Recommend drinks and share product knowledge, especially around Irish brews

Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organised bar area in line with hygiene standards

Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner

Handle queries and resolve issues with confidence and care

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For

2/3 years experience and at least 1 year of bartending experience in Ireland
- Fully capable of making cocktails

Fluent English and strong communication skills

Full eligibility to work in Ireland

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality
