Head Bartender (2026 Start)

The Role – We’re looking for a confident and capable Head Bartender to join our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys delivering great service with a personal touch. Whether you’re looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, this is a chance to be part of a respected hospitality group with strong roots in Irish tradition.

This position will start from February 2026 – High end Formal Background a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with speed and consistency

  • Recommend drinks and share product knowledge, especially around Irish brews

  • Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean, organised bar area in line with hygiene standards

  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner

  • Handle queries and resolve issues with confidence and care

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 2/3 years experience and at least 1 year of bartending experience in Ireland

  • Fully capable of making cocktails
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills

  • Full eligibility to work in Ireland

  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

  • A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality
