We are actively recruiting for a Group Marketing Manager for our client. You will support all properties and will help to drive the company forward and to grow the business within the market. The Ideal candidate will come from a hospitality background, be driven and up to date with all marketing tools. This is an excellent opportunity to work with w growing company. Hybrid working option available and there is travel between the properties.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the ongoing marketing strategy and building internal and supplier relationships
- Ensure brand compliance across the group, continuing to elevate the brand and establishing the vision, key message, identity and strategy
- Be flexible in your role and liaise closely with the Group Revenue Manager to ensure that there is effective communication between all properties
- Manage and create brand website content and imagery and ensure that monthly audits are completed
- Liaise with web company on Digital marketing plan and attend meetings as required
- Execute email marketing campaigns and manage marketing databases
- Support seasonal group campaigns
- Social Media – assist Sales and Marketing Managers on content, social media planning, scheduling, promotions, reporting of monthly analysis of activity and engagement
- Ensure that all marketing collateral is kept up to date and assist with new items/projects
- To co-ordinate all advertising for the group across press, outdoor, radio, and online
- Co-ordinate activity and plans for agreed consumer shows, attend shows/events where required
- Assist with photography for the group

Candidates should have
- Full driving licence
- Two years plus working as a Marketing Manager in either an Agency or in Hospitality
- Strong understanding of brand, trends and data
- Experience in managing multiple and varied projects
- Knowledge or have worked with Canva or similar for creating online and offline collateral
- Experience in analysis, reporting and tracking.
- A passion for innovation and the ability to think outside of the box
- Ability to work at a fast pace, challenge and drive results and track success
- Ability to develop new ideas, consider potential outcomes and develop action plans
- Confidence in presenting insights and recommendations to help for future activity
- Be creative and able to take a concept through to delivery and results
- Be extremely detail-oriented
- Adaptability and the ability to react to change with minimal fuss
