Group HR Manager 

We are currently recruiting for Group HR Manager for our client, in this position you will lead the people strategy across the group, partnering with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness, strategy, talent development, and a high-performance culture. Act as the primary HR authority across all entities within the group and foster and excellent working culture.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement people strategy aligned to business objectives
Advise the board and senior leadership on all people-related matters
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design
Oversee complex ER cases, grievances, and disciplinary matters across the group
Ensure compliance with employment law across all relevant jurisdictions
Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures
Partner with business leaders on senior-level recruitment
Drive employer brand and candidate experience initiatives
Design and monitor retention strategies and reduce attrition
Identify skills gaps and commission/deliver appropriate L&D programmes
Champion leadership development and management capability
Oversee performance management frameworks and processes
Manage compensation benchmarking, pay review cycles, and bonus structures
Oversee employee benefits programmes and ensure competitiveness
Work with Finance on headcount budgeting
HR Operations & Reporting
Produce people metrics, dashboards, and board-level HR reporting
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and service delivery

Required:
Degree-level education; CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) qualified
Proven experience as a Cluster HR Manager at a senior level, ideally within a group or multi-site environment
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law (and multi-jurisdiction experience where relevant)
Track record of leading HR through periods of change or growth
Confident influencer and communicator at board/exec level
Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
Irish Hotel Experience
