General Manager – Gastro Pub Wicklow

We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager for our client, a busy Gastro Pub in Wicklow. 

This is a busy property that are looking for a strong manager to lead the team.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a busy property
• Will have experience as Restaurant or Bar General Manager or an F&B Manager 
• Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage
• To oversee the day to day running of the food and beverage
• Implement SOP’s
• Previous experience with KPI’s, stock control, costing, forecasting, beverage budgets and GP.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Training and rostering of staff
