A well-established hotel is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead reception and guest services operations. This leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing front office teams, and ensuring efficient, process-driven operations across the department.
Your Responsibilities
As a Front Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Lead and manage front office operations, ensuring excellent guest service standards

Supervise, train, and develop reception teams to support performance and progression

Coordinate closely with reservations, housekeeping, and operations teams

Drive guest satisfaction initiatives, upselling strategies, and booking conversion targets

Ensure accurate billing, cash control, and compliance with financial procedures

Maintain departmental KPIs, reporting, and operational efficiency

Support onboarding, training, and structured coaching programmes for front office staff
Requirements

Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or senior front office leadership role

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Experience managing KPIs, guest satisfaction metrics, and team performance

Solid knowledge of front office systems and reservations processes

Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and peak periods
