We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic hospitality leader with a strong standard-driven approach to oversee our high-end F&B operations. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional background in, and a genuine passion for, high-volume events and banqueting, ensuring seamless delivery from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B service team to deliver top-tier luxury guest experiences.

Manage the day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, bars, and banqueting facilities.

Drive operational excellence, consistency, and attention to detail across all high-volume events.

Collaborate closely with the kitchen and events planning teams to ensure flawless execution.

Maintain rigorous standards in stock control, service delivery, and health and safety.
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven management experience within a 4-star or 5-star luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.

A demonstrable, strong background in managing high-volume events and banqueting operations.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
