About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on F&B Duty Manager to lead daily dining operations in a luxury hotel setting. This is a visible, on-the-floor leadership role ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who leads by example and thrives in a close-knit team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across all dining outlets, bar services, and room service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Team Mentorship & Development: Lead, train, and inspire the F&B team, fostering a supportive environment and mentoring staff and trainees.

Quality & Standards: Ensure high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

Hands-on Service: Maintain a strong, supportive presence on the floor during peak service times.
Ideal Candidate

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar F&B supervisory or management role within hospitality.

Skills: Operational planning abilities, and excellent communication skills.
