Food & Beverage Assistant €30k 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant for our client, we are looking for a assistant to take a hands-on approach with the team to deliver an excellent standard of service to all clients. The ideal Food & Beverage  Assistant  will come from a 4* or 5* property and have an excellent knowledge of banqueting. Property can assist with accommodation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the planning weddings, and events and in room dining. 
• Actively work as a team to ensure optimum service to guests. 
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are addressed.
• Deliver an excellent standard of service in all departments.  

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-years’ experience in a similar position
• 5* experience would be a distinct advantage
• Strong communication skills
