Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a busy and well-established 4-star property in County Offaly. Responsibilities

• Support the management team in the effective day-to-day running of the food & beverage department.

• Oversee service delivery to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction at all times.

• Maximise sales opportunities and promote a strong selling culture within the team.

• Ensure hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained across all areas.

• Assist with staff training, coaching, and ongoing development.

• Work with management to prepare rosters and manage payroll costs effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Senior F&B Assistant, ideally within a 4-star hotel or similar standard property.

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

• A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
