F&B Manager

Dublin City Centre, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operations of a very busy bar and restaurant operation
  • Oversee the food and beverage service – ensuring it is efficiently run and meets the standards set by the hotel
  • Work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to makes sure all HACCP and Health & Safety regulations are achieved
  • Manage, train and roster all bar, floor and wait staff
  • Ensure all staff training is up to date and carry out regular training sessions
  • Handle all restaurant complaints
  • Recruit new team members where needed
  • Assist our stores manager to make sure we carry the correct amount of stock

Candidate Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a high volume restaurant/bar environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer first focus
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and Health & Safety regulations
  • Fluent spoken and written English
