F&B Manager
Dublin City Centre, Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operations of a very busy bar and restaurant operation
- Oversee the food and beverage service – ensuring it is efficiently run and meets the standards set by the hotel
- Work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to makes sure all HACCP and Health & Safety regulations are achieved
- Manage, train and roster all bar, floor and wait staff
- Ensure all staff training is up to date and carry out regular training sessions
- Handle all restaurant complaints
- Recruit new team members where needed
- Assist our stores manager to make sure we carry the correct amount of stock
Candidate Requirements:
- 4+ years in a high volume restaurant/bar environment
- Attention to detail
- Customer first focus
- Professional demeanor
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and Health & Safety regulations
- Fluent spoken and written English
