We are delighted to be recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager on behalf of our client in the Laois area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and has a genuine passion for innovation, guest experience and operational excellence.

As F&B Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 35 colleagues, driving service excellence, commercial performance and team engagement while ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. You will have the autonomy to influence the direction of the business, implement new ideas, and contribute to the continued success of one of the region’s leading hospitality destinations.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and memorable dining experiences.
• Create and maintain a highly engaged, motivated and high-performing team.
• Achieve departmental revenue, profitability and labour targets.
• Drive innovation, service improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and service delivery.
• Build strong relationships across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring and continuous development.

 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a high-volume bar, restaurant, hotel food and beverage outlet or similar hospitality operation.
• Proven success in leading and developing teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labour costs and stock controls.
• A collaborative leadership style and the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
