F&B Duty Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced F&B Duty Manager for our client, a beautiful 4* property in Kilkenny.
Key responsibilities:
- To assist with the supervision and service of food and drink service for F&B outlets
- To assist when on duty with the set-up and arrangements for meetings, conferences & weddings, ensuring that all the arrangements set-out by Management are adhered to.
- Oversee banqueting functions ensuring that all bar tills are cleared & cash counted.
- Ensure staff on duty are fully occupied and delegate tasks as necessary.
- To assist in implementing measures to maximize all potential sales/opportunities.
- To promote good staff relations and ensure fairness and consistency in all dealing with management and staff, and to adhere to all human resources procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years experience in Food or beverage supervisor or manager level
- Self-motivated, standards driven and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & delegate
- Warm, friendly and courteous at all times
- Previous experience within hotels would advantageous
- Good team leader
