A busy hotel with multiple food and beverage outlets is seeking an experienced F&B Duty Manager to support daily operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams on the floor, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a smooth guest experience across restaurant, bar, and event service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations during assigned shifts

  • Lead service teams across restaurant, bar, and events as required

  • Support staffing coordination, floor supervision, and service flow

  • Handle guest queries and service recovery professionally

  • Ensure compliance with service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures

  • Assist with stock control, reporting, and operational coordination

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an F&B supervisory or duty management role

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Experience working in busy hotel food and beverage environments

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
