A four star hotel with a strong food-led offering is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to support the leadership of its culinary operations. This role is ideal for a skilled chef who thrives in a quality-driven kitchen environment, leading teams during service while maintaining exceptional food standards.
Your Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of kitchen operations

Lead kitchen teams during service ensuring consistency, timing, and presentation

Assist with menu development, costing, and seasonal planning

Supervise and train junior chefs while supporting team development

Monitor stock control, ordering, and food cost management

Ensure HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
Requirements

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality kitchen

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience managing food costs, ordering, and kitchen operations

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
