We are looking for an Executive head chef for our client. We are looking a strong leader coming from a hotel background, that is creative, passionate about delivering an excellent standard of cuisine and is up to date with current trends. The ideal chef will be a strong kitchen manager and come with a background within fine dining. The property may assist with accommodation if relocating. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the team by example in excellent standard of cuisine 
• Assist in the training of existing and new staff and develop their skills 
• Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed guest’s expectations with every dish.
• Manage all financial aspects of the kitchen and Haccp 
• Be creative in seasonal menu planning with the team 
• Ensure full adherence to Hygiene and Safety in accordance with the Health and Safety policy.
