A vibrant hospitality & events venue with a diverse calendar of functions and gatherings is seeking an experienced Events Manager. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing events of all sizes while ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients and guests.
Your Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage events from initial enquiry through execution

Work closely with internal teams (F&B, operations, sales) to ensure smooth delivery

Prepare event proposals, contracts, timelines, and floor plans

Communicate with clients to understand needs and manage expectations

Oversee on-the-day event logistics and troubleshoot as needed

Monitor event budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
Requirements

Proven experience in events planning, coordination, or management

Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills

Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high service standards

Experience with event tools, software, or CRM systems preferred

Flexibility to work weekends and event days as needed
