Role: Events & Catering Manager

Location: Dublin City Centre

Salary: €45-50k

 

Role Requirements:

  • Oversee all catering and event inquiries, bookings, and logistics.
  • Enter catering orders into our system accurately and ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, dispatch, transport, key accounts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Assist in creating customized catering packages and menus based on client needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing catering clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with client’s post-event.
  • Identify and support Sales Team in reaching out to potential new clients and generate sales leads.
  • Support Finance team to ensure clients make timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Track catering sales and identify opportunities for growth with Sales Team.
  • Provide feedback based on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Assist the chef and management to develop seasonal and custom menus.
  • Supervise and support one team member in the catering department.
  • Ensure proper training and workflow efficiency for catering operations.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience within hospitality, hotels, events or corporate catering.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • An ability to provide exceptional hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally order management software.
  • Familiarity with invoicing.
