Duty Manager
The Duty Manager will oversee service delivery across all departments, ensuring smooth coordination, excellent guest experiences, and effective team support in a busy and varied hotel environment.
Responsibilities

Act as manager on duty, leading daily operations across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Events.

Support bar, restaurant, and event teams to deliver consistent guest service.

Oversee conference & banqueting setups, turnarounds, and service standards.

Respond to guest concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Liaise with all departments to ensure seamless communication and handovers.

Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Conduct shift briefings and ensure operational standards are upheld.
Requirements
-
2+ years’ experience in a Duty Manager role in a 4-star hotel or higher.

Strong Food & Beverage background with event experience.
-
Front Office knowledge a strong advantage.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
-
Flexible with working hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Familiarity with hotel systems (Hotsoft) an advantage.
