F&B Duty Manager

Leitrim, Full Time

We are currently recruiting for Duty Manager to join a successful management structure. Our client is a beautiful luxurious property in Leitrim. The Manager will be responsible for the overseeing of all the food & beverage outlets and other areas within the hotel. 

For this role there is an Accommodation Option available

The Candidate:

  • Will have experience as Duty Manager in a busy hotel operation
  • The ability to manage department heads and experience in managing multiple outlets
  • Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage
  • To oversee the day to day running of the food and beverage outlets
  • Knowledge of Hotel Standards of Service
  • Previous experience with KPI’s, budgets, stock control, and forecasting
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance 
  • To work alongside other HOD to ensure the hotel maintains its standards
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Training and scheduling of staff
  • Minimum of a year in a similar role or currently be a F&B supervisor looking to step up
  • Experience in banqueting
